1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UPSC Predict (upscpredict.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

UPSC Predict is an online preparation platform for the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE). The platform provides curated video lectures, mentor-built notes, MCQ practice, previous-year questions, Mains answer-writing prompts, mentor evaluation and a personalised target dashboard. Content is authored by UPSC mentors and IIT alumni based on standard textbooks and 15 years of PYQ pattern analysis. We do not guarantee that any specific question will appear in the actual UPSC examination.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • If you forget your password, email [email protected] to request a reset
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Purchases & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Once enrolled, you get full access to the course content for the duration of your batch (12 months for CSE 2027, 24 months for CSE 2028)
  • Prices may change at any time; purchased content will not be affected

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under certain conditions. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of purchase with your order details and a valid reason. Our team will review your request and decide at its discretion whether a refund is warranted. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, and content on UPSC Predict are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content from the platform without written permission. Unauthorized distribution may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Scraping, copying, or redistributing content from the platform
  • Using automated tools to access or download content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Disclaimer

UPSC Predict is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UPSC, any government body, or any coaching institute. Our questions are AI-predicted based on pattern analysis and standard textbooks. We do not guarantee any specific exam outcome or result. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

UPSC Predict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited use, or share content without authorization.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
